Marthe Sophie- 17th April 2016 - Gaze of Science exhibition
Marthe Sophie is organizer of the exhibition New realism - Gaze of Science at Amsterdam Science Park. The exhibition connects the scientific world through an artists eye. During one of the discussion meetings we brainstormed on lot of ideas about how a better use of technology can help sell art in a better manner and possible opportunities for collaborations. Marthe wants to open up a new artistic studio at Startup Village facility to be started at Amsterdam Science Park, and is in discussion with ACE Venture Labs for the same.

This is the parent organization responsible for science and business integration at Amsterdam Science Park. ScienceParkCreatives actively collaborates with them for funding, event management, brand series promotions, advise, etc.
Jan Willem Smeenk - 26th April 2016 - SODAQ ONE IoT sensor chip.
Jan is CEO at SODAQ, a Netherlands based company creating sensors for Internet-Of-Things ecosystem. He presented the latest development in IoT and the SODAQ ONE hardware (kickstarter funded) related details, that lead to a good discussion.
Jonathan Carter - 02 May 2016 - Amsterdam smart city IoT infrastructure
Jonathan is co-founder of Glimworm and Glimworm iBeacon sensors. The talk focused on practical deployment challenges of IoT sensors in the city of Amsterdam and aligned discussions. Jonathan also visited many researchers from database, distributed and interactive systems groups, www symposium correspondent, Tallgrass that is resulting into more collaborations at different levels.
Bauke Bakker - 12 th May 2016 , creativesacross network spread
Bauke is founder of creativesacross network and visited CWI to see the facilities and have a discussion on possible collaboration opportunities. He is in discussion with a design professor Girish Dalvi who specializes in typography and related research, at the Indian Institute of Mumbai Industrial Design Center (IITB IDC) in India.

Mrunal Gawade gave a pitch talk titled "Accelerating creativity on the academic campuses" at TEDex 2016@AUC, describing his larger vision of how initiatives such as ScienceParkCreatives can act as a crucial seed for innovative mindset creation across academic campuses all over the world. Metis Montessory Lyceum school - Demos and lecture series, Nov 2015 t0 April 2016
Founded by Bauke Bakker from Amsterdam, an alumni of Amsterdam Media Lab, aims to build up a network of creatives starting from Amsterdam to worldwide, to work on media + tech oriented projects. Some members of ScienceParkCreatives are doing brainstorming and feedback with their prototypes.
Founded by Mark Raja, based in Banglore India, is a network of creatives with a focus on artistic projects. Their larger vision and work in progress, is to build a facility to bring together artists, scientists, entrepreneurs to do innovative projects. ScienceParkCreatives is collaborating in terms of feedback on setting up such a facility, review of related vision documents, providing references of new Amsterdam based International art platforms such as AccessArt that would allow exposure of Indian artists work.
Founded by Jonathan Carter, a leading figure in Internet-Of-Things infrastructure in Amsterdam smart city movement, aims to create a network (Things-Network) across Netherlands and world to connect Internet-Of-Things ecosystem related sensors and devices. ScienceParkCreatives is coordinating to have a demo of the infrastructure by Jonathan Carter at Amsterdam Science Park in coming days, and roll out a Internet-of-Things infrastructure testbed plan of action, for making Amsterdam Science Park connected to Things Network ecosystem, where students / researchers can build interesting IoT applications.
Founded by Collin Ellis from Amsterdam, is a personal assistant to help you organize your contacts. Their solution however lacks semantic based intelligence. A PhD student from CWI is having collaborative discussions with Milo to help them improve their technology.
Founded by a group of friends from Austria with complementary skill-sets, these guys provide technical consultancy solutions to niche customer needs. Jan Auer is the point of contact and has been involved in brainstorming on new ideas, discussions on new business plans, web-product development consulting specifically MEAN stack development and html front end rendering etc.
Founded by Praveen Chrispugg is an animation studio in Chennai, India. Praveen's specialization is in visual storytelling, preproduction for film and animation and concept making for all kinds of designs. He has international collaborations and his films have been featured in international film festivals including Cannes film festival, BBC big screen, etc. We are collaborating with visual animation storytelling related ecosystem.
How to make scientific research interesting amongst high school students? In collaboration with Harm Snel, the teacher, 3 lectures were arranged at the school and 3 visits of school children were arranged to CWI for different scientific demos from different research groups including data visualizations, recommendation engines, lightning and plasma physics, electric grid simulations for electric cars demand, data center visit. Around 30 students attended in 3 batches over a period of 4 months.
Connectable- Amsterdam Science Park Business Organization - 17th May 2016
Connectable event launch involved participation from Mrunal Gawade as one of the Science Park Business Organization's Brand Ambassadors to promote connecting different entities at Amsterdam Science Park. These tables at Science Park campus kept at different locations would let people connect to promote collaborations.
Amsterdam Science & innovation awards - Amsterdam University College (AUC) 26th May 2016
Mrunal Gawade's idea about "automated video creation" was selected for Science and Business program at the Amsterdam Science and Innovation awards ceremony, where he spoke with business event partner Karim Akhlal, the CEO of Recrout during matchmaking event to understand the potential to bring the idea to the market.
